The original Weigh Scale at Burnt Cabins Grist Mill is now rehabilitated to serve as a visitor orientation and interpretive location at the entrance to this National Historic Register site. The timber canopy was designed by SC to demonstrate traditional mortise and tenon joinery details originally used in the mill construction.
The millrace was redesigned by SC to provide water to the mill for power.
SC produced the design and construction documents for a log barn rehabilitation in 2003. |

SC analyzed the potential for adaptive reuse and interpretation of multiple historic structures, including Locks #54 and #55 and aqueduct of the former Schuylkill River Navigation System. |
